This is a straight sided steam table / hotel pan ideal for use in buffets, restaurants and catered events. This features straight sides and rounded corners. Made from 25-gauge 18/8 grade or SS201, these food pans are designed to withstand daily use in a foodservice environment. The rounded corners ensure food won’t stick for quick and easy clean up. Dishwasher safe. NSF certified.
3. Easy to clean in the dishwasher
This GN container resists temperatures from -40°C to 300°C. To clean, empty and rinse it first. Soak stubborn dirt in soapy water, then put it in the dishwasher. Dry it thoroughly before stacking or reusing. This keeps it in good shape for catering work.
